Buying Equipment is EASY on Mine Source Auctions
There are two ways to Buy Equipment:
LIVE AUCTIONS
Throughout the year Mine Source Auctions runs online live auctions.
All bidding is done online from the comfort of your computer.
Auction Date
The date of the next live auction will be posted on the Mine Source Auctions homepage. If we have not set a date yet, check back soon or sign up for our free newsletter to be notified when a date has been set.
Auction Platform
Mine Source Auctions uses third party Proxibid to conduct the online auctions. To bid you will have to sign up for a free account on Proxibid. Mine Source Auctions strongly suggests you sign-up with Proxibid well in advance of the auction date as your account must be approved by Proxibid and may take upwards of 24 hours or more.
Equipment Location
Equipment is located at each individual mine site or yard itself. Please note the location of each individual piece of equipment.
Inspections
Mine Source Auctions encourages bidders to inspect the equipment prior to the auction date. Inspections dates are either indicated on the listing or if not, a pre-arranged time, can be arranged by contacting Mine Source at 705.671.2100 or info@minesource.com
Checkout
If you are the winning bidder you will be invoiced by email at the conclusion of the auction. Payment is due to Mine Source Auctions within 5 business days.
Picking up your Purchases
Once Mine Source Auctions has received your payment in full, a Pickup Support Representative will contact you to coordinate picking up your equipment. Unless stated differently on the auction listing, you have 15 business days to pick up your item from the auction closing.
